My art is both painting and mixed media. I like to think of these creations as sculpture-paintings. With tempera, I paint on canvas and paper. I cut the paper then fold or twist it, glueing it to the canvas. Sometimes I include found objects such as bottle caps, strings or eggshells. The finished pieces are colorful paintings in relief, expressing my deepest thoughts and feelings.
