Slow Train, a trio featuring performing songwriter Rob McNurlin of Cowboy Boot Heel documentary fame, national award-winning guitar player Robert Shafer, and local impresario Will Carter on base, celebrates the country music roots of great original songs by Dylan, Garcia/Hunter, Parsons, and other rockers inspired by country greats like Williams, Cash, and Haggard.
