Mariah Plante is a theatre maker and teaching artist who recently relocated to Charleston from New York City. She holds a BFA in Acting and Drama Therapy from Marymount Manhattan College. Mariah creates, directs, stage manages, and performs in new and devised works of theatre. She is founding member of the Appalachian Artist's Collective and is currently teaching at Alban Arts Academy in St. Albans, WV. She also offers private acting classes to children and teens aged 7-14.
