The mission of the River City Youth Ballet Ensemble is to provide West Virginia youth with a high-quality dance education while giving our communities access to the live arts. Founded in 1995, RCYBE is designated the Official Youth Ballet of WV.
Along with its out-reach educational programming and performances within WV, RCYBE prides itself on its collaborative partnerships with other area artists, musicians, institutions, and organizations.
